POWER Hardness Standard Machine calibrates Hardness by both Rockwell and Vickers Hardness Test and it has a high accuracy and precision. The measuring methods for the Rockwell and Vickers hardness test are loading system to the indenter by deadweight. The system is composed of Load Application Device, Laser Interferometer, Indenter frame, Loading Frame and Sequence Deadweight, etc. The precision dead weights can be applied or removed by automated control, and control cabinet rack has industrial PC with operating s/w, which control the system automatically.
